The laundry room includes the washer and dryer and features a countertop for folding and shelving for storage. The main bedroom has a lighted closet, while the other bedroom has built-in closets and cabinets. The bathroom is sparkling clean with a bathtub/shower complete with grab bars, storage cabinets, and a light/exhaust unit.

Step through the back slider and just a few steps out, you’ll find a creek with waterfalls and a pond right there, plus the main creek beyond. You’ll also enjoy the peach, apple, and apricot trees, along with many blackberry bushes.

There is a storage room next to the house and a basement as well.
